Do I always need a permit? ▼
Most fence installations require a permit from your city or county. Chain link fences under 4 ft often don't. We handle the permit application for you — it's included in your quote.
How long does the permit take? ▼
Permit processing typically takes 10–14 business days, depending on your municipality. We submit the application as soon as your deposit is received so there's no wasted time.
What's included in the free estimate? ▼
Our estimate covers materials, labor, permit fees, and cleanup. We walk the property with you, measure the actual linear footage, and provide a detailed line-item quote with no hidden fees.
How do I pay? ▼
We accept check, cash, card, or bank transfer. A 30% deposit is due to begin scheduling and permit submission. The balance is due on the day of installation after you inspect the completed work.
What if my HOA needs approval? ▼
We can provide material samples, spec sheets, and project drawings for your HOA submission. Just mention it in the notes field and we'll include everything you need in your estimate packet.
